Christopher M. Savino is one of the founding members of Equity Investment Services. His primary focus is investment sales and advisory services for owners of shopping centers, unanchored retail and single tenant net-leased assets throughout the Southeastern United States. Prior to forming the group, Mr. Savino was employed at Marcus & Millichap where he was recognized as top 10 producer in Central Florida and was involved in over $200 million in transactions. He has represented institutional, private equity and local owners in the sale of their assets. Mr. Savino is an expert in designing and implementing an underwriting and marketing strategy that maximizes value for each of his clients. He is a frequent contributor to such publications as Globe Street, Southeast Real Estate Business, Florida Real Estate Journal and the Orlando Business Journal. Mr. Savino obtained a BSBA in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
