Chris Sproles, Senior Vice President, is part of the CBRE Global Corporate Services team focused on serving the needs of corporate tenants and buyers. Typical services include new lease or purchase negotiations, renewal negotiations, strategic analysis, leave vs. own analyses, office disposition, and sublease representation. Since joining CBRE in 1994, Mr. Sproles has been involved in over 875 office building sale and lease transactions totaling over 12.5 million square feet.
Mr. Sproles offers corporate clients a strategic approach to decreasing real estate costs, increasing productivity, and aligning their real estate holdings with their changing business objectives. In the 25 years Mr. Sproles has been with CBRE, he has focused exclusively on office leasing and sales.
