Christopher is responsible for sourcing new investment and development opportunities across the Sun Belt and Mountain West. He brings 12+ years of experience to the team in acquisitions, development, asset management, leasing and investor relations.
Closed on over $600 million of transactions across the multifamily, office and industrial sectors.
Previously served as Vice President of Development at Florida East Coast Industries where he led the development efforts for transit-oriented development projects at MiamiCentral and the Ludlam Trail.
Secured $130 million in EB-5 financing for the construction of the retail component of MiamiCentral.
Began his career in analyst roles at Five Mile Capital and Brookfield Property Partners.
Graduated with a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Finance and Marketing.
