Christy specializes in agency leasing and tenant representation in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and the Florida panhandle. She is responsible for overall development and execution of leasing strategies to maximize each property’s full potential. Christy has dynamic knowledge of marketing, development and negotiations to better assist clients on achieving their goals through the tailored crafting of a strategic merchandising and leasing plans. Christy has a strong focus on developing and maintaining strong retailer relationships on national, regional and local levels. Christy brings almost a decade of real estate industry experience with her from portfolio management to leasing. She has managed a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio of domestic and international properties in leasing, property management and consulting. Christy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Mississippi State University in Starkville, MS. Christy is married to Andrew Chason and they have two daughters, Lucy and Camille.
