Chuck Patmon is Vice President of JMK Investments, Inc. Chuck has over 30 years of Real Estate Development, Construction and Property Management experience. Chuck currently oversees the daily property management operations and assists with the company's Real Estate acquisitions and construction projects. Chuck also has served on the Board of Directors for multiple Rental Property and Homeowners Associations over the years and is active with several local charitable organizations. He lives in the Sacramento area with his wife of 30 years and together they have 3 children. Chuck served in the United States Air Force before starting his career with PCI, followed by Interland Corporation, and has spent the past 20 years with JMK Investments, Inc.
