Bio
Cinco grew up in the construction industry; the Cocke family owned a ready-mix concrete and concrete pipe company in South Texas for almost 50 years. Mr. Cocke has been engaged in commercial real estate sales and development in Texas for 22 years, constructing over 750,000 square feet of office and medical facilities area-wide. His CRE experience includes well over 2.0M square feet and office & industrial space. He provides expert project management services to developers across Texas and also teaches a continuing education course he wrote called "Development 101" to licensees around the state.
