Cindy Belhumeur moved to Denver in 1977 and attended the University of Colorado at Denver. In 1980, she opened East Colfax Video, one of the first video stores in Denver. Her second store became even more popular. Cindy and her husband started their Real Estate career in 1996 with Frontier Better Homes and Gardens, which became Frontier GMAC and then Coldwell Banker. In 1999, they started Home Source Realty, Inc. After Cindy’s husband became a disabled veteran in 2007 and was unable to continue in the business, she began the Home Source Group Residential Real Estate brokerage.
