Although many know Cindy Green Fricks for her work in real estate, she first came to Rome from Dunwoody, Ga. in 1980 to manage the local Turtle’s Records and Tapes franchise. She quickly got to know her new community, studying the real estate market for many years before deciding to make it her career. Her interest only grew stronger, and eventually she was able to move into an industry where she got to market and sell the community as both a local and an out-of-towner.
Cindy has worked at Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc. since becoming a full-time REALTOR in 1996. She specializes in representing clients in both the buying and selling of residential properties and land. As someone who formerly moved every few years to various cities across the U.S. for work, Cindy is in a unique situation to understand just about any type of residential client. Even at the local level, she has moved many times, renovating and building houses all over Rome. Her dual perspective has made it easy for her to better serve a full spectrum of clients – from the transit customer to the native Roman.
She has three sons and five grandchildren. In her spare time, Cindy enjoys working alongside her husband, Garry, on different real estate-related projects, including creating a new Airbnb property in Rome’s Horseleg Creek area.
Cindy is also the co-owner of The Canoe House in Downtown Rome, which specializes in outdoor gear, clothing and other accessories.
