Cynthia L. Hatton Tepe is a Vice President of The Gem Real Estate Group, Inc. Ms. Hatton Tepe has been with the organization since its inception, in February 1994.
In her role at The Gem Real Estate Group, Inc., Cindy serves as a member of the Appraisal and Litigation/Valuation teams. Her responsibilities include providing comprehensive appraisal and real estate valuation advisory services to a broad range of clients.
Cindy has been an appraiser since November, 1987. She has provided commercial real estate appraisal and advisory services to lending institutions including banks and life insurance companies, government agencies, municipalities, investors, accountants, attorneys, financial consultants and numerous individuals. Her analysis has included many property types including: office buildings, and industrial warehouse and manufacturing facilities. Additional experience includes analysis of regional, neighborhood and community shopping centers, apartments, condominium developments, and special use properties, such as self-storage facilities, churches and vacant land for a variety of uses.
