Claire joined Front Street Capital in 2023 and assists in deal sourcing and underwriting for the fund as well as the operational management of all development, acquisition, and disposition transactions. Claire comes from a commercial brokerage background where she spent the last 4 years working with Foundry Commercial’s office tenant advisory team in Charlotte. While at Foundry, Claire represented clients in over 2 million SF of transactions, including build-to-suit, corporate headquarter relocations, and speculative new construction projects totaling over $200 million in lease consideration. Originally from Greensboro, NC, Claire graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in Real Estate Finance.
