Claire is a retail real estate expert based in Bend, Oregon with more than 15 years in the industry primarily as an in-house occupier and advisor.
With extensive experience managing investments in retail, office, and industrial real estate around the world for Nike, Claire has earned the trust of her peers as a strategic partner. Her foundational knowledge of ever-changing business needs and experience working with all kinds of landlords has prepared her to help Delker’s client partners with any kind of challenge they face.
Her degree from the University of Denver is in Real Estate and Finance, she is a member of ICSC, and teaches classes for the National Retail Tenants Association. She has spoken at conferences for Portland State University, CoreNet, and the National Retail Tenants Association.
