Landlord Representation: Serving as the owner’s agent or sublease agent, Ms. Willis develops and implements comprehensive strategies to maximize value within investment and operational objectives. Services include strategic planning, property positioning, marketing and leasing as well as comprehensive project management.
Tenant Representation: Since real estate decisions often have significant impact on both client business plans and financial statements, Ms. Willis provides services to help tenants align real estate requirements with strategic objectives. Services include current situation analysis and planning, the development of viable options, comparative analysis of market availabilities and implementation of the selected alternative, including full project management service for tenant fit-out.
