He has been involved in agriculture and rural communities his whole life. Growing up in rural Pawnee County has taught him a work ethic that not only includes working hard, but integrity, trustworthiness, and honesty. The rural lifestyle and country way of living may not be for everyone, but it was for him.
Being a livestock producer and farmer himself allows him to put himself in a farmer's shoes to understand what they truly need. Being the lone Auctioneer for Burrows Tracts Real Estate, he is ready to serve you. He also own Schaardt Auction Service where they specialize in selling other agricultural assets.
He knows all the ins and outs of the auction business and truly does believe the auction method of marketing is the superior way to market top-end assets like real estate. He is currently involved in many different auctioneer associations including the Nebraska Auctioneers Association where he is on the Board of Directors and the 2021 State Ringman Champion. Having multiple top-ten finishes in competitive auctioneering contests goes to show he is an experienced auctioneer who betters himself to better serve his clients. He also is the president of the Southeast Nebraska Cattlemen's Association.
