Clayton Hunt joined Commerce CRG in 2001 as a member of the industrial specialist team. He brings to the team his strong work ethic, enthusiasm for the real estate market and his dedication and commitment to success.
After several years in the financial industry, where he learned valuable business management skills, Clayton began his career in real estate as an assistant to one of the top producing industrial teams in the market. He quickly learned the industry and eventually became a partner in the team. Because of his strong communication and interpersonal skills Clayton developed strong relationships with developers, investors and several national companies. These key relationships have helped him to become well known in the market in a relatively short time and have provided him tremendous opportunities to learn the industry.
While working as an assistant Clayton realized that one of the keys to success in the commercial real estate industry was the ability to use administrative skills. His strong organizational attributes help him to keep the information flow moving which, in turn, makes for smooth transactions, particularly when it comes time to closing deals. Clayton is there every step of the way making sure the details of each transaction are attended to.
Clayton understands that his clients know their real estate needs and it is his job to recognize current and potential problems and quickly find solutions to those problems. He knows he is there to help clients locate properties, structure lease and sales agreements, find suitable exchange properties and find tenants for existing properties.
