For over 20 years, Cliff Rego has been a Canadian real estate pioneer, employing an innovative brokerage model to serve a diverse clientele and transact over $3 billion in properties.
Early in his career, he founded the Cliff Rego Team, the top real estate team in the Waterloo-Wellington region. Then, expanding on that success, he created Rego Realty, a brokerage that breaks the mold of the standard one-size-fits-most brokerage model, offering five specialized divisions to cater to a diverse range of client needs: resale homes, new homes, luxury homes, commercial properties, and property management.
Rego's New Homes division quickly earned a reputation as the one-stop solution for Canada's premier home builders, responsible for over $2 billion in pre-development sales. It offers a comprehensive, end-to-end strategy, encompassing every stage of the project lifecycle from discovery, due diligence, and data analysis to land acquisition, marketing, sales, and operations.
