Clifford Blanquicet, Jr. is the founder and president of Blanq Real Estate, a dynamic and results-driven commercial real estate broker. Known for his timely responses and relentless work ethic, he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure his clients’ satisfaction.
Clifford brings a diverse background to his real estate career, with years of experience in sales, auditing, commercial property management, and marketing. He has excelled in every aspect of his professional life and is now a full-time, committed commercial broker.
His work ethic stems from his 14 years of competitive golf at the highest levels. As captain and MVP of both his high school and college golf teams, Clifford led both teams to conference championships through leadership, hard work, and determination. His competitive drive extended beyond college, as he went on to play professionally on mini-tours in the Southeast and on the PGA Tour Latin American Tour. The time management, discipline, and tireless effort he learned from professional golf continue to fuel his success in real estate, helping him close deals quickly and efficiently.
Clifford often draws parallels between commercial real estate and professional golf, stating, “Commercial real estate is just like professional golf; if you work hard, you’ll be the best, but if you don’t, someone better will take the prize.” This mindset has helped him become a successful broker and entrepreneur.
Clifford is an active member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), demonstrating his commitment to the industry and community.
A graduate of Wingate University, Clifford earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He resides in Cornelius, NC with his wife Anna, who is the co-owner of Blanq Real Estate, and their growing family.
