Prior to joining Fabrix, Clive was Director of UK & European Investment at Avignon Capital where he was responsible for all new investment activities and played an instrumental role in the rapid growth of the company.
Clive has a highly entrepreneurial and innovative approach to property investment and asset management and has consistently delivered exceptional returns for investors.
During his time at Avignon, Clive was responsible for over 25 transactions including the acquisition of the Umspannwerk Kreuzberg in Berlin which was awarded best office deal in Europe at the PIE Europe Property Awards 2016.
Prior to joining Avignon he was Fund Manager at Canada Life where he was part of a team responsible for ?1.5bn of commercial property.
Clive holds the Certificate in Property Investment from the University of Cambridge. He is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Investment Property Forum.
