Bio
Cody Carey previously was at Colliers International located in the Columbus, OH market for over three years and was responsible for assisting in building out the Colliers Multifamily Investment Sales team throughout the Midwestern Region with his strategic partners. While at Colliers, he was responsible for transacting over $300 million of market-rate multifamily properties and structuring joint venture partnerships throughout the Midwestern region with a predominant focus on the Ohio Markets.
Prior to joining Colliers, Cody graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual specializations in Accounting Management & Information Systems and Real Estate Finance. Currently, Cody is an active member in the Columbus Apartment Association, the Urban Land Institute of Columbus and is actively pursuing his CCIM designation.
