Former teacher turned Realtor. He began their real estate career in 2015 after his Father-In-Law encouraged them to do so. He was still teaching full time and learning the ropes in real estate. He is the broker/owner of Anchor Real Estate Advisors. He specializes in buying, selling, and working directly with investors to present cash offers to interested sellers. He started out their professional career teaching elementary school at Mt. Vernon Elementary. He quickly realized how much he loved teaching and interacting with the students. However, he also quickly realized that as the sole provider for his household, a teacher's salary would only last so long. After teaching for four years, he listened to a wise man who said he should obtain his real estate license. He valued his opinion and took his advice. After passing the state exam, he quickly became a licensed real estate agent. He was able to close his first real estate transaction six weeks after he obtained their license. After the first closing, he decided to invest back into his real estate business which allowed his to close five more homes in his first 8 months as an agent.
In April of 2016, he let the faculty know that he would not be coming back for his sixth year of teaching. He decided to take the leap of faith and join a new broker and a mega team. June 1st, 2016 was his last day as a teacher, and the first day of his forever career. After a month of being full time on a mega team, he quickly became a top producer for the team. The team lead promoted him to Team Manager of 25 +/- agents. He was able to use his teaching background and other life experiences to train and mentor the agents on our team. In November 2016, he made the decision to leave the mega team and start Chembars Realty Group with the idea and intention to provide his real estate clients with honesty, integrity, and most importantly results. In the month of December, he was awarded the "Most listings for individual" from our Keller Williams office of over 250 agents.
