Mr. Mueck is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the Houston office of HFF with more than 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Additionally, he is a Registered Representative with HFF Securities, the broker/dealer affiliate of HFF involved in fund advisory and platform-level real estate transactions. He joined the firm in 2005 and specializes in all areas of finance with a focus on real estate investment banking and equity/debt placement throughout the United States.
Throughout the course of his career, he has executed more than $8.5 billion of transactions across all asset types. Noteworthy assignments have included the $531 million recapitalization of USAA’s core multifamily portfolio, the $500 million recapitalization and financing of Wells Fargo Plaza in downtown Houston, the monetization of Memorial Hermann Health System’s 1.2 million-square-foot medical office portfolio, and the $123 million financing of Frost Bank Tower in Austin, Texas.
Mr. Mueck is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas and holds his Series 7 & 63 securities license. Prior to joining HFF, he was active in multi-housing brokerage in Austin, Texas.
