Cole Ferrari joined Lee & Associates in summer of 2023 as an Associate in the San Francisco office. Cole Ferrari joined The Ida Group after attending Ottawa University where he was recruited for a Football scholarship. Cole focuses on helping his clients with the acquisition and disposition of Industrial assets with an emphasis on the lower 880 Corridor and San Jose market places. Cole is always willing to take on big projects and think through creative solutions to what many would see as complex problems. He enjoys bringing the same competitiveness he has always shown in sports, into the brokerage world and loves to do anything he can to help his clients. By knowing the market and the key players, Cole has been able to bring buyers and sellers together to create smooth and mutually beneficial transactions. Since joining, Cole has been involved in the advisory and sale of multiple asset classes in the Bay Area and is focused on creating and maintaining long term relationships with current and future clients.
