Cole Gartmayer joined Avison Young in 2023 as an Associate in the firm's Long Island office, specializing in industrial and office sales and leasing throughout Nassau & Suffolk County.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Cole was an Associate at another national firm on Long Island. He brings over 10 years of zoning, use and permit-related experience which he amassed working for local architectural firms, contractors, and even one of Long Island’s local municipalities. Cole’s extensive background gives him a unique industry perspective, enhancing his ability to guide both landlords and tenants throughout the leasing and sales process.
Cole is an active member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS) and currently serves on CIBS’ Future Generation Committee.
