Bio
As Consulting Director of Property Management, Coleen is responsible for property and/or asset management for Nitze-Stagen’s real estate portfolio and also leads the firm’s third-party property management services. Previous to Nitze-Stagen, Coleen held the position of Managing Director for Colliers International where she provided oversight of a 4 million square foot portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties and was also responsible for business development and the growth of the portfolio. Coleen is actively involved in the community serving on the boards of BOMA Seattle King County, the Downtown Seattle Association and Ryther Child Center. In addition, Coleen was named a BOMA Fellow in 2018. In her free time, Coleen enjoys hiking, skiing and spending time with family and friends. Coleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Central Washington University and served four years in the United States Air Force.
