Colin entered the Estate Agency industry at the age of 22 in Edinburgh and began his 33 year professional career.
After a highly enjoyable and successful Estate Agency career and earning the honour of being one of Scotland's top, multi award-winning Estate Agents and Managers in many of the brand-name independent and corporate Estate Agencies, he decided the time was right to launch his own company.
In 2002 he started his own Estate Agency company that soon became a multi award-winning, multi-million pound, top-producing office network with some of the best Estate Agents in the country.
In 2005, he set up the Training & Coaching organisation AMAZING RESULTS!™ and taught Estate Agency Courses and how to get started in the business. Eventually, this evolved into his current role with over 2,200 professional Estate Agents, business owners, franchisees and companies throughout the UK having attended his high-energy live seminars and world-class training courses.
From the very beginning, Colin set out to build a team of Estate Agency’s most professional, highest producing Agents delivering new standards of customer service throughout the industry. And with AMAZING RESULTS!™ Estate Agency Group, that’s just what he has done.
Founded in 2013, AMAZING RESULTS!™ has grown into a national network of Franchisee-owned and high commission-based Local Professional Estate Agents right across Scotland, from the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides to Aberdeenshire and from Greenock to Glenrothes - making them one of Scotland's fastest-growing Estate Agencies.
