Bio
She has worked the Hudson Valley’s commercial real estate market for over 27 years. It's a business that's all about market knowledge, relationships, where things like integrity, trust and confidence define the line between success and failure.
Prior to establishing Quinn Commercial Properties, LLC., she worked for Northwest Atlantic Real Estate Services in White Plains, New York representing national retailers in the Hudson Valley, the Bronx and Fairfield County, Connecticut, New York and New Jersey. She also implemented multiple “store expansion programs” for numerous retailers.
Prior to Northwest Atlantic, she served as a Senior Associate at CBRE in White Plains, New York and Stamford, Connecticut. During her tenure she was invited to join the Retail Tenant Services Group (RTS), a national network of 40 CBRE retail brokers who specialize in tenant representation.
In addition to her Master's from Fordham University and B.S. from the University of Albany, she recently received a certificate of completion for ICSC’s University of Shopping Centers at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
A member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), she served as New York/New Jersey State Chairperson for Public Relations and Community Service from 1996-2000.
