C.J. Easton is a Principal at The Easton Group specializing in equity investments across all product types, with a concerted focus on industrial warehouses and industrial outdoor storage (“IOS”).
Prior to his current role, C.J. served in various capacities at both Rialto Capital Advisors (“RCA”) and Rialto Capital Management (“RCM”). He worked on the Investment Management – Equity (RCM / Atlanta) team, focusing on equity acquisitions of properties throughout the East Coast with a concerted emphasis on Industrial and Office sectors. Additionally, he served as a Rotational Analyst (RCA / Miami), rotating through a handful of concentrations on the Special Servicing team. Rialto Capital is an integrated investment management and asset management platform, with a dedicated special servicer.
