Bio
Collin Holmes joined SRSA in 2008 as a sales and leasing associate with primary focus being the leasing of office and retail space. Holmes works with local restaurants to help uncover creative expansion solutions and he also excels in the assemblage of properties on behalf of national tenants and/or buyers. Most recently, he successfully assisted in the negotiation of an office lease for an established CPA firm in downtown New Orleans.
Prior to joining SRSA, Holmes successfully managed an abstracting business for nearly six years with his competency being in title research ranging from 1820 to the present. The majority of his research has been in the areas of residential and commercial properties and railroads.
Holmes received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is a licensed real estate agent in Louisiana.
