Collin Tedesco is a Senior Investment Analyst and Broker Associate at NavPoint Real Estate Group. Collin began working at NavPoint in 2016 as a Commercial Real Estate Intern. Upon completion of college in 2017, Collin joined the company full-time. Collin focuses on financial analysis, due diligence and market research for NavPoint’s investment platform. Collin has a diverse background in all property types including Retail, Medical Office, General Office, and Industrial. With a strong knowledge of financial and acquisition trends, Collin provides insight and analysis that allow owners to make insightful decisions regarding their assets. In addition to his work with the NavPoint investment team, Collin works on several office and retail leasing assignments in the Douglas County region. With his knowledge of leasing and investment transactions, Collin builds trusting relationships with property owners and provides an unparalleled attention to detail.
A Castle Rock native, Collin attended Douglas County High School before receiving a golf scholarship to Hastings College in Nebraska, and earning degrees in Business Administration and Economics. In his spare time, Collin enjoys playing golf, spending time with family and friends and cheering on the Nebraska Huskers.
