Since joining Lee & Associates in January 2018, Connor Winkler, SIOR has completed over 4.84 million SF of industrial real estate transactions in Atlanta and across the country. Mr. Winkler specializes in tenant, landlord, and owner/user representation, specifically for local and national companies that occupy manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and service facilities. Mr. Winkler strives to be a resource and problem solver for companies looking to relocate their warehouse operation, create leverage on existing lease renewal negotiations, or navigate the building acquisition/disposition process.
By utilizing the Lee & Associates national platform and his three person team, with over 65 years of industrial real estate brokerage experience; Mr. Winkler has the resources to form quality real estate strategies that consistently meet his clients’ goals and objectives. Mr. Winkler’s in-depth market knowledge of Atlanta, relationship driven mentality, and keen listening skills allow him to give his clients the competitive advantage in the industrial real estate evaluation and selection process. During his time away from the office, Mr. Winkler enjoys playing golf and tennis, as well as fly fishing on the Chattahoochee River.
