Conrad’s extensive experience in the single tenant retail space stems from advising the real estate growth for one of the largest Dunkin’ Donuts franchises in the United States. Growing their restaurant network from 14 locations in AZ in 2010 to over 140 locations across AZ, CO, NV, TX & FL today through an optimized land development and sale leaseback model.
