As a Commercial Real Estate Agent and Broker since 1999 Corey has been involved in multiple facets of commercial real estate in the Greater Houston Area working for several small brokerage companies and in 2015 I formed Commercial Realty Advisors Houston, LLC. Corey's experience over the last 15 plus years with Investors, Property Owners and Buyer/Tenants has allowed me to gain knowledge in a wide array of real estate requirements across multiple industries leading to the completion of transactions, both sales and leasing, from $1M to $20M throughout the Greater Houston Metro area. Whether selling, buying, developing or leasing, my experience and knowledge of multiple commercial real estate disciplines allows for solving the many challenges and opportunities associated with a Commercial Real Estate transaction. A native Texan and long term Woodlands resident (1978-1989, 2002-current) Corey graduated from Texas A&M University in 1993 with a degree in Business Management and has held a Texas Real Estate broker license since 2004. He currently resides in The Woodlands with his wife Colleen, two daughters and one son. Hobbies include; Golf, Travel, Cooking and reading when not keeping up with three children.
