Meet Corinne Tapia Babcock, a respected and talented real estate broker based in Los Angeles, California. With a passion for helping people achieve their real estate dreams, Corinne has built a reputation as a trusted and knowledgeable expert in the greater Los Angeles real estate market.
As a Southern California native, Corinne has a deep understanding of the local area, its diverse communities, and the unique needs of her clients. She has experience working with clients from all walks of life and is known for her ability to connect with people on a personal level.
The belief that generational wealth starts with property comes from her Grandma Mary, who had a 6th grade education and emigrated from Guanajuato, MX in her own mother’s arms. Corinne's love for real estate began early in life, inspired by her grandmother's success of purchasing property in Chino, California which included a single family home, apartments and land. Those early seeds of understanding wealth creation through purchasing property, led to Corinne’s professional passion of helping others achieve their own real estate dreams.
After an eventful government and politics career in Washington, D.C. Corinne returned to Southern California to eventually find herself managing a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio spanning from San Bernardino to Sacramento. With the guidance of trusted mentors, experience, and education Corinne became a real estate broker and founded Five Heights Realty Corp. in 2018.
Today, Corinne specializes in working with first-time buyers, investors, and helping her expansive network, including friends and family, navigate the complex world of real estate. She is committed to providing exceptional service to each of her clients, working tirelessly to ensure they find the perfect home or investment property.
When not working, or searching for her own real estate investments, Corinne enjoys spending time with family, and entertaining friends at her home in El Sereno in Northeast LA. She also enjoys traveling, golfing, exploring the vibrant LA food and arts scene, and cheering on the Dodgers.
