Cory is a Development Associate at The Related Companies.
Prior to joining The Related Companies, Cory was apart of JLL’s Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) team, as a strategic real estate advisor to various corporate clients, focusing on strategy, finance, transaction and account management, supply chain, location selection, labor analytics and incentives. Cory specialized in managing clients portfolios and ensuring that every transaction was on schedule.
His ability to understand the overall business objectives of his clients, and translate them into real estate cost savings has made him a valuable leader.
Prior to joining JLL, Cory worked at Bradford Allen, a local Chicago real estate firm, as a research analyst and transaction broker. After working at Bradford Allen, Cory joined DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) as an Associate in Transaction Advisory specializing in helping his clients utilize their real estate holdings in order to reduce costs and maximize profitability.
