Craig De Miranda is a leader in serving the needs of the corporate office user. His Real Estate practice consists of multi-market assignments, with a variety of users. Craig’s Real Estate career began in 1984 with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate. Following 17 years with what was to become CB Richard Ellis, Craig spent the next 6 years with the Trammell Crow Company in Corporate Advisors Services (CAS). In late 2006 Trammell Crow was purchased by CBRE and Craig then transitioned to Lee & Associates.
Most notable in his Real Estate career are multiple disciplined assignments, which include relocation of corporate facilities, and a national role-out of 200 bank branches in California, Arizona, Texas and Florida. Portfolio consolidation and strategic planning are a stronghold of Craig’s background. He is currently manager for Comerica Bank’s 1 million square foot portfolio across the United States.
