Craig Engelhardt, Executive Managing Director in Newmark’s Industrial and Logistics Services division, is an expert in supply chain and distribution network design and industrial engineering. Engelhardt counsels companies on overall business strategy, including the number, size and location of operations, and targeted improvement opportunities in cost, service and speed to market. Some of his clients include Fabuwood, International Paper, Caleres, Pet Supplies Plus and UNFI.
With nearly 25 years in the industry, Engelhardt possesses the necessary skillset to provide companies with the right insight and information to make sound real estate decisions. Prior to joining Newmark in 2020, Engelhardt served as Senior Managing Director at Savills where he was responsible for the Supply Chain Consulting Group. He managed a team of consultants to provide advisory services for projects around the world. Previously, Engelhardt was a management consultant for 10 years, developing strategies and tactics for some of the most complex global supplies chains.
