Craig has over twenty-seven years of commercial real estate experience and has a diverse background in real estate, which includes extensive experience working with both institutional and non-institutional real estate in all major product types (“mixed-use”, class “A” office, “big box” industrial, multi-tenant industrial and retail).
Prior to founding Cedar Realty Management, Inc., Mr. Ersek was Executive Vice President at Essex Realty Management, Craig was responsible for; business development, managing client relationships, in addition to having overall direct responsibility for Strategic Planning and the Pofit & Loss for an 110 person real estate management company.
Prior to joining Essex, Craig’s past duties included the oversight and management of a team of real estate professionals responsible for managing more than sixteen (16) million square feet of institutional real estate.
Craig also has direct hands-on experience in managing real estate portfolios. Earlier in his career he was responsible for all aspects of an office and industrial portfolio that consisted of approximately 280 tenants in almost 1.1 million square feet of commercial space. His responsibilities included the oversight and management of all onsite staff and property management functions, including; leasing, financial reporting, tenant & capital improvements and client & tenant relationships.
