Craig Goldberg is an Associate in CBRE’s Atlanta Office Tenant Representation Group. In that capacity, he is charged with providing strategic planning and real estate solutions to his clients. Mr. Goldberg leverages his market knowledge and understanding of current market conditions to secure the best economic transaction and enhances his clients’ bottom lines. He has worked with many clients such as Cintas Corporation, Future Brands Inc., The Hartford Insurance Company, The American Red Cross, The Federal Aviation Administration, Forsythe Solutions Group, AT&T, and Reed Elsevier.
As a former business owner, Mr. Goldberg is familiar with the difficult decisions that companies face regarding their real estate transactions. His experience provides clients with a unique perspective in that he has a comprehensive understanding of corporate goals and objectives. He is the initial point of contact for clients in their real estate acquisitions/dispositions and then continues to provide consulting
services through the project completion.
Before joining CBRE, Mr. Goldberg was a PGA professional for 12 years. He was the head teaching professional at Cherokee Town and Country Club in Atlanta, Georgia before founding Accelerized Golf, a successful and innovative developer of software and hardware for the golf instruction industry.
Mr. Goldberg graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in journalism. He is married with two children.
