Craig Grosby joined CenterPoint Properties in 2018 as Property Manager in Asset Management after serving 30+ years in the commercial real estate industry. In this role, he handles the Savannah, GA, Mobile, AL, and South Florida assets. In addition, Craig anchors the South Florida office. He oversees over 7 million SF of Class “A” industrial assets. Before joining CenterPoint, his previous notable employers were Ivy Realty, CBRE, Grubb & Ellis, and MONY Insurance. Craig holds the designation of Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
