Craig Hammond started working for G. Randall Hammond & Co. ("GRHCO") in 1996 and currently serves as a Project Manager. Since joining GRHCO, he has primarily specialized in eminent domain appraisals for a wide variety of property types including apartment, industrial, office, retail, special purpose, and residential. In addition, Craig Hammond has completed numerous individual appraisals on residential, industrial, and office properties. Prior to working for GRHCO, Craig Hammond worked for several years in sales and marketing.
Craig Hammond graduated from the Georgia Southern University 1993 with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and has taken several graduate classes from Georgia State University in the Masters of Real Estate Science program. In addition, Craig Hammond is a state licensed real estate appraiser (1997) and licensed salesperson (2000).
