Bio
Craig Lemle joined Savills in 1975 and played an integral role in the expansion of the firm’s Washington, DC office in the 1980’s. From 1984 to 1987, Craig was the branch manager of the firm’s Westchester and Connecticut office. Now operating out of the firm’s New York office in Midtown Manhattan, Craig is a specialist in representing tenants in New York City as well as the northern suburbs in Westchester and Connecticut. In New York, his specialties are with technology companies, financial services, and nonprofits. Throughout his career, Craig has represented many large corporations including Time Inc., AMG Group, CNA Insurance, First Unum Life Insurance Company, Honeywell Systems, ICON Clinical Research, Arthur J. Gallagher Insurance, Liberty Insurance, Navigators Insurance, XL Insurance, Canon, and New Line Cinema. Craig has also represented a large number of prestigious law and financial services firms including, Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler, Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman, Kirkland & Ellis, Holwell, Shuster & Goldberg, Segal Consulting, Citadel Investment Group, Integrated Wealth Services (Rockit), Alvarez & Marsal, GlobeOp Financial Services and York Capital Management.
