Hi, this is Craig & Char of C&C Real Estate Services Team at EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley, Inc. They work tirelessly for their clients and have been part of the Siphers team since 1962. Well, they were just kids then and their dad became a real estate broker in 1966. They learned from him as well as their wonderful mother. They have a combined real estate experience of over 37 years with an excess of $30 million in real estate transactions in the last 24 months. They have a tremendous passion for real estate rooted in years of working in the family business. Craig and Charline Siphers were born and raised in western Montana. They grew up in Stevensville, fishing the Bitterroot and tributaries as well as hiking into the Bitterroot Selway wilderness and exploring the many mountain lakes and valleys. Charline even went through the Bob Marshall Wildnerness area as a youngster building trails and enjoying the great outdoors.
The Siphers kids are second generation real estate practitioners in western Montana. Both Char and Craig and their family have been intimately involved in the sale and development of real estate since 1966 in the Bitterroot. Craig graduated from Duke University and was involved in the family business since returning to the valley in 1984. He has successfully operated or been involved in insurance, financial services, real estate, oil and gas, log home and construction businesses in Montana, North Dakota, Louisiana, or Arizona over the past 30 years. Craig has worked with many individuals and corporations to affect beneficial real estate transactions not typical of less experienced practitioners. He has acted as an expert witness in real estate litigation as well as acted as chairman of condemnation and eminent domain actions.
Charline graduated from the University of Montana and has a long background in the service and retail industries and has been a property manager for the past five years with four years in the Missoula market.
