Craig Summers graduated from the University of Redlands with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration. As a specialist in the industrial sector,
Craig has extensive experience in property acquisition, disposition, leasing and management.
Craig’s previous commercial real estate experience was with NAI Capital in Southern California. During his career, Craig has facilitated over $65 million of transactional volume in over 1.5 million square feet of industrial space. He has negotiated lease and sale transactions for industrial and office facilities ranging from 2,000 to over 250,000 square feet, and has represented landlords and tenants, as well as sellers and buyers.
Some of Craig’s notable transactions include:
Represented the seller, Arthur Hale of American Racing Equipment Inc. on the sale of a 173,000 square foot industrial facility. The facility was an investment purchase by First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE: FR).
Represented lessee, Clear Lam Packaging Inc., a manufacturer of flexible and rigid plastic packaging materials on the lease of a 113,500 square foot manufacturing facility.
Represented lessee and ultimately the buyer, Forming Specialties, a sheet metal forming company for the aerospace and aircraft industries on a lease renewal and purchase of a 40,000 square foot facility. The company had been a tenant in the building for 20 years and continues to occupy the facility as an owner/user.
Represented lessor, The Kong Family Trust, owner of a 117,000 square foot industrial investment on the lease to A.M. Castle A.M. Castle & Co. (NYSE:CAS) dba Castle Metals Aerospace.
Represented the buyer Drees Wood Products, on the purchase of a 263,000 square foot warehouse and manufacturing facility.

Prior to his real estate career Craig spent 19 years in the aerospace industry with The Boeing Company. Craig was the Financial Controls Analyst for a $688 million Delta Rocket program, and was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to senior management.
Craig maintains his real estate license in both Nevada and California.
