As an advisor based in Toronto’s office market, Craig Trenholm possesses in-depth commercial real estate market knowledge, hands-on experience, creative deal making, and solid relationships in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) that service clients on a global platform.
Craig’s team, including himself, Stefan Teague and Fay Goveas, specializes in Tenant Representation within the GTA. Craig also has a great deal of understanding in the vertical market of Life Sciences and building relationships across the border with various Global Life Sciences-related firms and value added cross border services.
Craig has obtained a Masters of Corporate Real Estate Designation ("MCR") with CoreNet Global and a Certified Commercial Investment Designation ("CCIM") with the CCIM Institute.
