Crystal Morgan has a rich background in commercial real estate as a land-owner’s portfolio representative. Her 16 years of experience spans diversified asset management, property operations and leasing, and development projects. She currently oversees the operational management of a privately held 2.5 million square foot portfolio, comprising industrial, commercial, and multi-family assets nationwide.
Her keen business acumen and ability to handle complex challenges have been instrumental in devising and executing robust long-term asset management strategies, driving substantial increases in net operating income (NOI) for ownership entities.
Crystal's commitment to innovation extends beyond traditional asset management, as evidenced by her role in spearheading transformative initiatives within her organization. Tasked with modernizing internal procedures and property operations, she orchestrated a comprehensive overhaul of all processes and procedures, designing and implementing technological systems that best streamline workflows and provide full transparency for investors into the overall health and performance of their portfolio.
Crystal has the ability to understand a deal from both the tenant and landlord perspectives, and firmly believes that communication play a vital role in developing and building strong fundamental relationships and structuring successful transactions between tenants and landlords.
