Culver Stedman serves as Executive Vice President overseeing tenant representation and land sales for Gulf Coast Commercial Group, Inc.
Over the course of his nearly 40-year career, Stedman has represented many national tenants including TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Old Navy, Aspen Dental, Rooms to Go, Kroger, Kohl’s, Target, and Capital One Bank. Through that process and with his experience in land sales, he has assisted developers in expanding their retail portfolios in Houston, South Texas and the Rio Grande Valley.
Before joining GCCG, Stedman was a Principal at EDGE Realty Partners, where he co-founded the Houston office in 2011 and specialized in tenant representation, site acquisitions and land sales. Prior to that time, Stedman worked with Page Partners, Boyd Page & Associates and Fuller Commercial Brokerage.
Stedman began his career in commercial real estate after graduating from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Real Estate and Finance.
