Curt received his BBA degree from the University of Arkansas in 1973 and has 35 years of construction company ownership and experience. In 1982 Curt focused his attention on commercial real estate, development and construction with the formation of Curt Green & Company.
Curt has always taken a very active role in local, state and national activities that support the community and small business enterprise. He has chaired numerous boards including the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce and most recently completed a term as the state chairman for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB).
Max Alley was formed with longtime friend and business partner James Herrington for the sole purpose of providing “Concept to Completion” services. The changing landscape that occurred in retail development in 2008 had offered an opportunity for the partners to place an increased emphasis on financial, medical and education related developments. They are actively pursuing this new frontier while continuing their traditional BTS and design/build activities. Repeat business remains the core of their success and their best advertisement is delivered word of mouth by satisfied clients. The commercial real estate activities and business connections of Curt Green & Company, Texarkana’s largest commercial real estate brokerage company, still provides information and leads for development and construction of many commercial projects. Curt's primary role with Max Alley is directed toward financial and development activities.
