Curt Scott joined Stafford in 2007, and serves as Executive Vice President of Leasing and Development. Curt began his commercial real estate career with a single tenant build-to-suit in 2002. Since then, he has been involved with ground-up development, lease negotiation, budget and financial analysis, value-add opportunities, wetland mitigation, rezoning, permitting and long-term shopping center strategy.
Curt earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. He is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Georgia and a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida, and is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Curt lives in Albany, GA with his wife, Shanna, and their four children.
