Mr. Foster is a member of C&W’s Tenant Advisory Group, specializing in tenant representation, national account management in North America. He has completed transactions totaling more than 7 million square feet, ranging from typical office lease transactions, including regional and headquarters facilities with complex lease structures.
His recent national Tenant Representation assignments and Corporate Services accounts include: AXA Financial (130,000 SF Secaucus), Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ (260,000 SF Jersey City), Bauer Publishing (47,000 SF Englewood Cliffs), Calvin Klein/PVH Philips Van Heusen (200,000 SF Bridgewater), Franklin Mutual Advisors (30,000 SF Short Hills), GfK Healthcare (40,000 SF East Hanover), Li & Fung Group (480,000 SF New York City), Unilever (90,000 SF Englewood Cliffs), TA Realty Associates.
Throughout his 28 year career, Mr. Foster has ranked Top 100 Producing Brokers globally. He has also received the C&W Service Excellence Award on three occasions for “Outstanding Brokerage Professional of Total Client Satisfaction”. In 2011 and 2012, Mr. Foster was the Number One Producing Broker for East Rutherford, NJ.
A 1981 graduate of American University-Kogod School of Business, he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Very active in local community affairs, Mr. Foster is involved in many civic minded activities and national charities.
