Curtis has more than 23 years experience in all facets of commercial real estate. He has represented a wide variety of tenants and buyers such as international public companies, government agencies and private businesses.
His background includes regional property management, leasing, subleasing and sales. Curtis has worked on office buildings, industrial / warehouse projects and retail centers of various sizes and locations.
This broad range of commercial real estate allows him to have first-hand working knowledge of all sides of a transaction. For you, this means the ability to structure the best agreement for your company.
Curtis has earned the designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and Real Property Administrator (RPA). He is an active member of the Central Texas CCIM Chapter and the Commercial Leasing Brokers Association and has served on the Building Owners and Managers Association''s Board of Directors.
Curtis and his wife Cindy are raising twin daughters, Carolyn and Courtney.
