Cynthia Klanian is a seasoned real estate professional with an international education and a broad spectrum of business experience. She graduated from Schiller International University, London, England, Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business, and received a certificate in French from La Sorbonne Universite de Paris, France. Upon graduation she taught in the Foreign Language Department at Beverly Hills High School. While working there she created an opportunity to take her students on private tours to Europe and Asia. Continuing her passion for international cultures and business she spent several years working at the World Trade Center Association of Orange County. As the Director of Events and Foreign Trade delegations, Cynthia worked alongside the "Chief of Protocol," of Orange County, welcoming international dignitaries to Orange County. She organized the most successful fundraising events in the history of the World Trade Center and the premier conference "Doing Business in China," Irvine, CA. She led trade delegations for the WTC and Department of Commerce to Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan promoting US products for export. Later forming her trade company, International Trade Network, importing home decor from Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Cynthia has been a licensed real estate agent since 1990. First with "New Dimension Investment Properties," and currently with "Realty Network." She has earned a reputation as one of Orange County's most honest and skilled real estate negotiators. Cynthia's marketing and organizational skills, investment experience and passion for all that is real estate give her the endless drive to succeed in this competitive field. Her impeccable attention to detail are useful tools when navigating through the details of a transaction and real estate contracts. Her experience includes commercial, industrial and retail sales, leasing, and property management. Her customer service personality delivers first class service on all transactions at every level. Cynthia is a resident of Newport Coast. Previously a resident of Irvine and Beverly Hills. An avid world traveler, Cynthia is a native to Orange County and familiar with the variety of neighborhoods. She has advised buyers and sellers, relocation buyers, first-time buyers, seasoned buyers/sellers and savvy investors. Her hobbies include gardening and cooking.
